Hair stylist are great. Always get a quality cut. BUT the online check-in service is BROKEN!! It says there’s no wait, or 5 minutes. You get there and there’s 1 stylist working, and 3 people ahead of you. I’m not going to get cuts here anymore, for that reason.

I logged on and booked an appointment for the first available appointment and was given a time to be at the store. I checked in and someone behind me walked up to the line and an employee from inside the store told the checker in person to let this person in. I was told that they then were full and I could wait 15 minutes for the next available. When I questioned why I didn't get in she said that times are not appointments and are held until someone is late. I pushed back and she agreed I wasn't late, but sorry. Poor business ethics.
